Dear Sian, We always welcome feedback on our customer service, Vizability Framing has served many clients since we opened in 2016. It is essential that you write the actual facts with some discipline which you have clearly not done. The facts are July 1st You ordered 2 frames, one being a map of Scotland. July 11th We gave you a full refund for the Scotland Map as the moulding you ordered was not in stock. We asked to choose another moulding if you wished. July 16th The second frame was completed Late July/August - You collected the second frame and you told us that you would come to choose the moulding for the Map of Scotland at a later date. Late August The original moulding that you choose was in stock. We then made the frame within two weeks. Sept 9th you collected the frame and paid the incorrect balance. Sept 14th we called you to ask for the correct balance to be paid and you refused. Sept 14th you posted the review on Google Sep 23rd you have not called to pay the balance I would welcome you to come to our store and discuss in person. Kind Regards Tahir Chowdry Business Owner.

Appalling customer service. Waited 3 months for my picture to be framed. I certainly will never use Vizability or recommend their services to anyone. If only there was an option for 0 stars. Simply terrible.

Really disappointed - I printed out 350 brochures and the colour was totally off and the image quality was grainy. It was a quick job so there wasn't time to do a proof, and they said they don't check anything before and after it gets printed. For spending over 600 I thought they should have checked the colour and the imagery to check it was at least decent.
